Summary
It's Edison High again in the West Side Showdown. But, oh my, what a difference this time. One year after they humiliated the Grizzlies 70-17, the fourth-ranked Tigers not only escaped 25-17 at Koligian Stadium, they did so in the most bizarre manner. Edison got some breaks and made some while rallying to win it with two touchdowns in the final 10 minutes. Those scores appear somewhat ordinary - runs of 1 yard by DeWayne Scott and 16 by Tevin McDonald.
